Refund policy
At Joheve, we take pride in the quality of our eyewear and carefully inspect every order before shipment. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect preference, or general dissatisfaction.
Damaged or Defective Products
We only offer replacements or refunds if your item arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos showing the damage
- Include your order number in the request
If approved, we will offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund if a replacement is unavailable
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality
- Incorrect sizing or style preference
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
